You can use any of the ordering options outlined in the last FAQ. Our 800 number
works for residents of most countries.

4. Will I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers who are Illinois residents must pay sales tax. The rate is 9%.

Yes, a receipt will be shipped with your order.

6. Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is shipped. If you provide
your email address when you order, you will be notified when your order has been
shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

US Customers have three delivery options:

Next Day Air (Order must be placed by 12:00 Noon Central Time.)
International customers have
two delivery options:

Worldwide Expedited (Usually 3-5 business days)

Worldwide Express (Usually 1-3 business days)
We ship everything via United Parcel Service (UPS).

8. Can I buy FDNH products for Intranet use?

9. How can I check the status of my order?
If you provide your email address on the form, you will be notified when your credit
card has been charged and your order has shipped. This email confirmation will be
sent to you within approximately 48 hours.

If you provide your email address when you order, you will be notified when your
credit card has been charged and your order has shipped. This email will contain a
UPS tracking number you can use
to track shipment and delivery.
