Online Ordering Guide

To order online, you will go through the following process: 

Step 1:   Registration

FDNH film products are offered at a 10% discount to government and non-profit organizations.  You will be prompted to select Standard Purchase or Government or Non-Profit Entity.

To qualify for this discount, you will be prompted for a government ID or non-profit tax identification number upon Checkout.

Step 2:   Product Selection

You can order FDNH films individually or in a series (FDNH 1, 2, 3).  A 5% percent discount is offered on the purchase of the series. 

Bulk purchase discounts for more than 5 FDNH products also are available.

As you select FDNH products and quantities, all applicable discounts will be automatically calculated based on our pricing schedule:  Pricing and Discounts

Step 3:   Checkout

      Shipping:  You will be asked for a shipping address and a billing address, if different.

• US customers can choose UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

• For Next Day Air, you must order by 12:00 Noon Central Time

• International orders, including all deliveries to Canada, will be shipped by UPS Worldwide Express or Worldwide Expedited service.

• For quotes on overnight shipping or international shipping, please contact our Call Center at 1-800-726-9045.  You can also place your order by phone with a Call Center representative.

      Payment:  We accept the following credit cards:

• Solo

      Charges:  All charges will be totaled automatically to include the following:

• Product charges

• Applicable discounts

• Shipping & Handling fees

• 9% sales tax (Illinois residents only)

      Submit:  You will be asked to approve the transaction.

Step 4:   Order Information

      After placing an order, you will receive the following type of information:

• Printable receipt (optional)

• Order verification by email within 48 hours

• Receipt with package
